Chen Changsheng said that in this year’s report, the Chinese government has a clear blueprint for the development of artificial intelligence. In terms of industrial empowerment, the application of artificial intelligence in industry, agriculture, and service industries will be promoted, and the development and application of large models in vertical fields will be actively supported to help industrial transformation and upgrading and empower new productivity; in terms of terminal applications, the Prime Minister's report mentioned the need to promote a new round of intelligent connected cars, AI mobile phones, AI computers, AI robots, etc. Terminals are developing rapidly, combining manufacturing advantages with people's needs, accelerating commercial implementation, and allowing people to enjoy smart life faster; in terms of scenario cultivation, it is necessary to carry out scenario demonstration actions for new technologies, new scenarios, and new business formats, such as developing low-altitude economies while ensuring safety, and promoting scenario applications in education, training, medical and other fields.

In addition, in order to support the development of artificial intelligence, we will continue to promote key core technology research, accelerate the open utilization of data development, optimize the layout of national computing resources, and tilt more resources to young people to create a good innovation ecosystem. In terms of international cooperation, as the international competition in artificial intelligence intensifies, China has a positive attitude. Last year, China released an artificial intelligence initiative, advocating people-oriented, intelligence for good, and ensuring that artificial intelligence develops in a direction conducive to human civilization. China advocates the equal, fair and open use of artificial intelligence by all countries in the world, attaches great importance to the establishment of ethical standards for artificial intelligence, and actively supports the coordination of artificial intelligence development, security and governance issues under the framework of the United Nations. It expects artificial intelligence to become a positive force in promoting international cooperation and promoting multilateralism.
