China released the Global Artificial Intelligence Governance Initiative last year, in which it clearly expressed our people-oriented philosophy and the purpose of intelligence for goodness, and was committed to ensuring that the development of artificial intelligence moves in a direction conducive to the progress of human civilization.

Shen Danyang said that we advocate that countries around the world can utilize artificial intelligence on the principles of equality, fairness and openness, and at the same time attach great importance to establishing and improving artificial intelligence ethical standards. China actively supports the coordination and resolution of security and governance issues in the development of international artificial intelligence under the framework of the United Nations.

"From historical experience, technological progress is often an important force in breaking through various barriers and breaking protectionism.
