Wu Xuyang is an associate professor at the School of Law of Xiamen University, director of the Center for Digital Law and Intersectional Law Teaching and Research, and executive director of the Center for Legal Cognition, Data and Intelligence Research (Laboratory).
Main content
The course mainly covers four aspects. First, the ethical challenges of artificial intelligence, which deeply analyzes the social risks such as algorithm fairness dilemma, data privacy and security conflicts, the "tram problem" of autonomous driving, disputes on brain-computer interface decision-making power, and employment substitution and deep forgery; second, the game of human-computer relationship, interprets the root causes of human subjective crisis, explores the real value of the three laws of Asimov, analyzes the disputes over AI legal personality, and demonstrates the evolutionary inevitability of moral cooperation through evolutionary game theory; third, the disputes in frontier legal matters, focusing on the copyright ownership of AI products, training data infringement, and the industrial support policy orientation behind low compensation; fourth, the game of global regulatory policy, comparing the principle of inclusiveness and prudence in China's "Security Governance Framework 1.0", the loosening of responsibility of the EU's "Artificial Intelligence Act", and the new policy of "deregulation" in the United States, revealing the strategic differences between countries in security control and innovative development.
