The construction of ethical rules of the physical world and digital world in the era of artificial intelligence big model is particularly important and far-reaching as artificial intelligence moves towards general artificial intelligence, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation are emerging. The evolution of the digital world and the physical world can be roughly divided into three stages. (For example, if you are beaten in the digital world, can you protect your rights in accordance with the laws of the physical world?) From artificial intelligence technical standards and regulations to the construction of the regulatory system in the digital world, the construction of these new rules is a long way to go.

Looking to the future, the unknowns of artificial intelligence and intelligent society are far greater than those of known, and the space of imagination may also exceed our current cognition.
