At 18:30 p.m. on April 10, 2024, the undergraduate freshman college invited Associate Professor Zhang Xiao from the Hillhouse School of Artificial Intelligence of Renmin University of China to bring a special lecture entitled "Artificial Intelligence Ethics and Security" to the students.
Lecture content
At the beginning of the lecture, Associate Professor Zhang Xiao listed the outline for this lecture. He will give an in-depth lecture with his classmates from the overview of AI ethics and security and the source of its problems.
Next, Associate Professor Zhang Xiao told us what AI ethics and security is, and used vivid and concrete examples to show us the conflict between AI development and human ethics and morality, so that students can feel the importance of paying attention to AI ethics and security more intuitively. He demonstrated to us the international background of AI ethics and security, and listed the efforts made by the international community on this issue. Explaining this issue has become a key issue for the international community.
In response to this problem, Associate Professor Zhang Xiao analyzed the nature of the problem for his classmates. He showed the nature of machine learning algorithms and explained the source of AI ethics and security from shallow to deep.
