It is necessary to improve the ethical governance mechanism of artificial intelligence, link various innovation entities and resources upstream and downstream of the innovation chain and industrial chain, and promote collaborative governance. We must promote popular science education on artificial intelligence ethics governance, timely publicize cutting-edge achievements and development trends, and popularize policy information, governance rules and governance results. We must promote international exchanges and cooperation in the ethical governance of artificial intelligence and promote the development of the global artificial intelligence governance system in a more fair and reasonable direction. The China Association for Science and Technology is willing to work with Tianjin to jointly promote the ethical governance of artificial intelligence to a new and higher level.

Zhang Gong said that artificial intelligence technology is profoundly changing human production, life and thinking. In recent years, Tianjin has fully utilized the advantages of the World Intelligence Conference platform, accelerated the construction of a national new generation of artificial intelligence innovation and development pilot zone, actively explored new paths, new mechanisms, new policies and new models for the development of artificial intelligence, and promoted the establishment of an artificial intelligence governance framework and ethical guidelines. We must accelerate the deep integration of manufacturing and artificial intelligence, strengthen the application of academic research and results in the ethics and norms of artificial intelligence, and promote the exploration and formation of artificial intelligence governance frameworks and standards and specifications with broad consensus.
